Initial report of Badaber attack prepared

PESHAWAR: Law enforcement agencies have prepared the initial report of the Badaber attack, in which 29 people were martyred.

Soon after the attack, a three-member Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) team arrived in Peshawar and inspected the site of the attack. The team examined the weapons and explosives used, and prepared the report.

According to the initial report, 13 terrorists, carrying AK-47s, RPGs, hand grenades and grenade guns, launched the assault. They also possessed 28 kg of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).

The investigative agencies have also apprehended suspects from Mattani, on the outskirts of Peshawar.
