Princess Anne's latest health update revealed

Princess Anne sustained minor injuries and concussion following an incident on the Gatcombe Park estate and she remained in Southmead Hospital, Bristol for five days.

However, as per latest updates, the Princess Royal can't quite recall apparently what happened.
